As CFO, David Palermo is responsible for control of day-to-day financial and accounting responsibilities, including financial statements, banking relationships, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources, payroll & employee benefits, and overall management of UER’s corporate accounting department. David contributes more than 30 years of accounting experience including 14 years as a principal in a public accounting firm, specializing in individual and business accounting and taxation with a concentration in construction accounting/taxation, estate and trust taxation, planning, and accounting. David is highly dedicated to his profession and maintains the highest standards for professional and ethical performance.
