Robert V. Tadlock
President/CEOAs President/CEO, Robert Tadlock is responsible for overall firm leadership, including implementing core values, mission, culture, and vision to staff. Robert brings over 30 years of industry specific experience in the geotechnical, construction inspection and materials testing field. His passionate commitment ensures that high-quality service is provided to all clients and that any necessary action is taken to maintain the firm’s high reputation for excellence in engineering and customer service. His responsibilities also include participation as Project Principal on selected key assignments.
Sandra Tadlock
Vice PresidentSandra Tadlock contributes over 15 years of experience in accounting, billing and human resource management. Sandra is responsible for management of UER's corporate billing related activities. Sandra is also charged with overseeing human resource related activities including employee benefits plan and certified payroll related to our Government contracts. Sandra established corporate billing and collection procedures and ensures proper training of personnel to maintain accurate project invoices within contract guidelines and participated in the development of standard reporting procedures to allow for tracking of project costs and initiation of contract change orders prior to exceeding established budgets. Sandra’s experience includes responsibility of program and financial operations and the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of program services.
Kenneth Harms
Senior Vice President of Business Development & Corporate StrategyWith over 35 years of experience in the built environment, Ken Harms is seasoned at developing sustainable relationships within the construction industry. His proven track record implementing corporate initiatives is in perfect alignment with UER’s long-term strategic expansion plans. Ken is responsible for overseeing UER’s strategic growth initiatives as the company expands into new markets and explores additional service offerings. Additionally, Ken enjoys mentoring the next generation of industry leaders, volunteering locally in Sacramento, and giving back to the community.
