Sandra Tadlock contributes over 15 years of experience in accounting, billing and human resource management. Sandra is responsible for management of UER’s corporate billing related activities. Sandra is also charged with overseeing human resource related activities including employee benefits plan and certified payroll related to our Government contracts. Sandra established corporate billing and collection procedures and ensures proper training of personnel to maintain accurate project invoices within contract guidelines and participated in the development of standard reporting procedures to allow for tracking of project costs and initiation of contract change orders prior to exceeding established budgets. Sandra’s experience includes responsibility of program and financial operations and the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of program services.
